Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days with Courier Centre from Athens, Greece.

Expected Delivery

Greece 1-3 business days
Other EU Countries: 5 business days
Non-EU Countries: 10 business days

Non-EU Countries Taxes and Fees

If you are ordering from any Non-EU countries you might need to pay customs, taxes or import duties for which you will be liable. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that Very Gavello does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Neither can we advise you about what these costs will be, as these charges can vary according to country being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you have any queries about these charges.

Returns

If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fees required for a return shipment. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipments. These returns must be properly packaged. If you simply want to return your order for other reasons, disputes regarding the complaint may be referred to the Board for Consumer Complaints, whose recommendations we follow. In this case the customers may choose their own preferred method of return.

Cancellations

Under the Distance Contracts, you, as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
